THE FERRIS WHEEL MUSICAL

The wheel the world remembers.
The story history forgot.

The young engineer who imagined it, the woman who believed in him, the builder who made it turn, and the World’s Fair that needed America’s answer to the Eiffel Tower.

The Ferris Wheel Musical is a sweeping historical musical feature about ambition, invention, love, spectacle, and the people behind one of the most recognizable machines ever built.

Ride It in the Storm

A song from The Ferris Wheel Musical

“Ride It in the Storm” is a completed musical scene from the feature in development.

Set inside one of the original Wheel’s passenger cars, the scene gives a first look at George and Margaret Ferris as the impossible machine becomes more than steel, lights, and engineering — it becomes the dream they have to ride together.

The full feature is now entering its financing and production-partner stage.

Working Capitalization Strategy:

The screenplay is drafted. The songs are written.

We are assembling the producing team, strategic supporters, and financing to produce the full feature. The current working production target is $600,000–$700,000, with a financing strategy that also considers release and P&A capacity so the film is not completed without a path to audience.

These figures are planning assumptions only. They are not an offering, commitment, forecast of return, or final production budget.

Who we’re talking with

Viewers and fans

Watch the scene. Share it. Follow the journey.

If this story moves you, help us introduce the world to the people behind the Wheel.

Private backers and film investors

We are beginning private, non-binding conversations with prospective backers as the capitalization plan, production entity, legal structure, and release strategy are developed.

Producers and film partners

We are looking for experienced partners who can help package, produce, finish, and position the feature for market.

Theme park, attractions, and wheel-industry partners

The Ferris wheel is one of the most recognizable entertainment inventions in the world. We are interested in partners who understand the cultural and experiential power of that legacy.

Museums, archives, and cultural institutions

The film connects to Chicago history, engineering history, the 1893 World’s Fair, and the public memory of the original Wheel. We welcome conversations around programming, screenings, archives, and educational partnerships.
